These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ally ("we", "us"). By submitting a website URL and completing payment, you agree to the Terms below.

1. Automated reports are indicative only

Automated reports are indicative only. Results are not legally certifiable and should not be submitted as a formal VPAT or compliance declaration without human expert review.

2. No liability for decisions made on report findings

Ally is not liable for decisions made based on report findings. Users assume full responsibility for compliance determinations made using our reports.

3. Public pages only — no authentication bypass

Reports cover publicly accessible pages only. No authentication bypass is performed. We do not log in, submit credentials, or access pages that require authentication on your behalf.

4. Automated coverage disclosure

You acknowledge that automated detection covers approximately 30–40% of WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria. A manual audit by a certified accessibility professional is recommended for full conformance certification.

5. No refunds based on disagreement with findings

No refunds are issued based on disagreement with scan findings. Because each report reflects the live state of your site at scan time, refund requests are handled only in cases of a failed or undelivered scan.

6. Acceptable use

  • You must own or be authorized to request a scan of the submitted URL.
  • You may not use the service to scan sites you do not have permission to test.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any audit at our discretion.

7. Expert Audit tier

The Expert Audit tier is sales-assisted: submitting a request does not create a charge. Pricing is scoped and quoted per site after review. The resulting conformance report reflects a point-in-time expert assessment of the reviewed pages at the time of testing — it is not a warranty of ongoing compliance, not a guarantee against legal claims, and not legal advice. Sites change after the review is delivered, and conformance can regress with subsequent changes to the site.
